Starting anything new can be daunting, scary, overwhelming. I know the feeling! It can also be extremely rewarding, enjoyable and amazing. I choose to think the latter.
When I first began working out after being away from it for so long, I was excited but really scared. The self doubt creeps and your not sure you want to get out of that comfortable place you’ve been hiding in for so long.
We are capable of changing anxious thoughts into thoughts of excitement. #5secondrule literally count backwards from 5 and #justdoit. It’s as simple as changing your thoughts.
Think about it! You’re already at NO! So anything you start doing is only going to improve your life in some way. You have NOTHING to lose and everything to gain!
Change doesn’t have to hurt if your flexible.
Did you know we make over 35,000 decisions a day 🤯 it’s true! If your capable of that, girls and guys! Your capable of anything. JUST START! It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to get done. One thing at a time.

Moving your body, choosing to use non toxic products, incorporating Young Living essential oils and supplements, removing the toxic relationships, feeding my body whole & organic foods, getting 7+ hours of sleep a night, drink enough water every day, fuel my brain with positive podcasts, books, webinars and social media feeds and having more FUN! #oola and keep going even when you want to give up.
